Their service is extremely disappointing. I have been trying to reach out for the past two weeks, but no one has responded.I placed my order on 16 February 2026, and today is 8 March 2026. I still have not received my clothes. What makes it worse is that they are not even replying to my messages.They require customers to pay online in advance for stitching as part of their policy, but apparently delivering orders within a reasonable timeframe or responding to customers is not part of their policy.This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and frustrating.
