I placed an order for a dress from Australia on 24 December 2025. On 14 January 2026, I was explicitly informed that the item had been dispatched. However, on 3 February 2026, I was then told that the item was not even in stock.This is completely unacceptable. Providing false dispatch information after taking payment is misleading and deceptive conduct. Customers should not be charged for items that are unavailable, nor be given inaccurate updates about their orders.This experience demonstrates dishonesty and a serious lack of transparency. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this business.
