I have been a loyal customer for years, but my latest experience was frustrating. The payment options have changed, and the shipping fees have significantly increased. My payment failed, likely due to these new methods, which was very inconvenient. When I reached out to customer support, I found their attitude to be quite dismissive. Asking me, 'HAVE YOU SENT MONEY TO US?' felt inappropriate, especially since I struggle with English and they don’t understand my language. Their approach was unacceptable. Given all these issues, I will not be buying from them again and feel I was treated poorly.
