Ordered items online and paid for delivery. The package was marked as delivered, but it arrived completely empty.
I reported this immediately and followed their claims process, but there has been no resolution so far.
This is not a minor issue — it’s a complete failure of delivery and handling. If you order from here, be aware that even when something is marked as delivered, you may receive nothing and have to chase it yourself.
I will be pursuing a chargeback if this is not resolved promptly.
