I was gifted two items for Christmas, a Barbour coat and a Boss "shacket" from Frasers. Both these items were bought online and when I eventually got round to trying them on, I was past the return date, because I was out of the country with work.
On trying them on, they were too big for me, so I went onto Frasers chat and proceeded to ask the advisor if I could return the items. After explaining that I had only tried them on, all yhe packaging and tags were attached, I was told "on this occasion, we will accept a late return". I knew i was getting a voucher, but that was acceptable for me, as I just wanted smaller sizes, so both items were posted in the same package, with a note enclosed giving their order numbers and my details. The weight of this package was 1.710kg and I have proof that this is the case. After a period of time, only the coat was returned to me with no explanation as to why, NO Boss "shacket". I then returned the coat a second time, all at my own expense, totalling £25 in postage, and this time the package weight was 1.1kg, because I hadn't received the Boss "shacket" back. Once again, only the coat was returned, this time with an email, stating there has been "a change of mind" and they're not accepting the return.
I then asked where the Boss "shacket" is, and provided proof that the package weights were different, and Frasers have said that they can't locate the Boss "shacket" even though I provided them with the receipt showing the details, date and weight of the package, given them the order numbers and they still can't locate it.
Basically Frasers have not only cost me £25 in postage costs, they instructed me to return the items, posted one back and STOLE the other.
They're nothing but THIEVES and I will be getting the value of that back, trust me.
