Ordered shoes for my sister on March 15th for her birthday And they’re still saying status is “shipped”. the shoes were almost £100. It said estimated delivery 21st March its now the 28th and she’s still not received anything. Poor customer service and I cant even find my order even when I tried to change my email to contact me
