Paid £7.99 for slightly faster shipping on a Barbour jacket I needed.
It arrived with not one but two security tags still attached.
When I contacted customers services, they told me it would need to be returned, but they could only refund it as it was now 'sold out'. I explained there was nothing wrong with it other than the tags still being attached. There was still nothing they could do.
I asked how long it would take to refund so I could buy it from another shop and they said 14 days. Absolute joke. No attempt at offering a discount in future or voucher for the rubbish service.
