The order was duplicated partly due to automated reminder and email delay. We tried to cancel the duplication. This was an an extremely frustrating experience communication only by email no phone. We told by email eventually that the duplication could not be stopped. Sent from Victoria but has to be returned to Western Australia??? No refund only a credit voucher. You just make it all to hard.
