Minimum 1 star is mandatory, else I would have given negative points. We took their help for my family for uk tourist visa as i live here. They were very unprofessional, and lacked the knowledge and experience on what could have let to visa refusal. They failed to help us show proper ties to home country .Very disappointed and when we asked for a refund, they refused. Nothing but a scamming company who hardly care for their customers.
