I had a worst experience with this agency. Initially they guided me nicely. First they asked me to pay their fee. I paid and then they asked me to submit all the required documents for Canada Visa. I submitted all the documents including the bank statement for which i had to pay 120 Qar. After submission i did not get any response from them. I messaged them frequently. They did not respond. After 3 weeks they responded saying that they are handing over our issue to another person. I applied from Qatar so they told will be transferring to Qatar agent. Again I had to take bank statements because it was delayed, for which I had to pay service charge for bank.They submitted all the papers and my paper was rejected by the embassy. I asked them reason for the rejection they told its all embassy decision, then I enquired in another agency so they asked me so many other papers which they didn’t even ask by this agency. Anyways I lost my money for paying this agency.Very bad service and disappointing
