I had a worst experience with this travel agency to process my Mother’s Canada visit visa. The staffs are not sure about the documentation as well as visa process. I got rejection first because of their carelessness and improper submission of applications. For the second time I was literally babysitting with them to complete each documents and honestly i was thinking why i payed the fees for the visa service with Houseoftours.com.Personally i wont recommend this travel agency for Canada visa service (not sure about other services)
