INITIALLY COMING ACROSS AS HELPFUL , they decided to split my case into 2 which mad everyone confused and watered down the casework. the two caseworkers said completely different rules applied and worked differently, at times I didn't know what was going on. they assed each case after cherry picking and then actually creating things that were fantasy . I had no idea why the manufactured things and then assed them. I asked for clarification and was not listened to , I asked for call backs that were agreed and never happened , I had actual timed appointments that disappeared and then I was told I would receive a manager call back, instead she write saying they would not be calling. I made complaints that were ignored and fobbed off, I asked for head office and the directors contact and told they would not give it to me.Basically when they get it badly wrong they just decide to write clients off rather than correct themselves. they are rude officious and discourteous, but to actually make stuff up is unacceptable. they are not fit for purpose and need to stop being so rude to clients.
