It took a month and a half to receive the scooter. It was promised to me several times that it would be delivered to only get pushed back. The scooter was for my son to take to college for the summer and it arrived too late for him to take it. He is over 5 hours away. The packaging was completely destroyed and the scooter had banged around inside the box. It was taped again to keep the box together. Meanwhile my son is walking everywhere because of you false advertising on the shipping and delivery dates. I would like to be compensated for this awful experience.
