Emma was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. I brought my elderly parents into the WsM showroom to look at a replacement car, and Emma showed us several makes and models. She was knowledgeable, responsive and quickly attuned to the needs of two older customers. Emma helped narrow down the options to a couple of choices and was calm, efficient and completely wonderful with test drive/answering questions/offering advice and taking time to make my parents feel valued and supported.
