We were extremely dissatisfied with the service provided during the handling of our seller’s forward purchase. Communication was consistently poor, with very slow responses and long periods without updates unless we followed up repeatedly. Due to the lack of progress, I felt compelled to reach out to a partner directly out of desperation to expedite the sale. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was abruptly dismissed and told they would not respond to me. This felt unhelpful, especially given the urgency of the situation. The overall lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and unwillingness to engage constructively caused unnecessary stress and delays. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the professional standards we expected.
