Prior to the day of completion there were some helpful staff members and good communication. However in the day of completion I felt really let down by them, they seemed to take a very long time to move the funds on, I had to keep chasing them for updates and there seemed to be no urgency from their accounts department nor any way to speak to the team directly or ask for an urgent response. It was very close in the end for us to actually move in on the day or not. They were very quick to blame other parties for the delays , if only they were as quick on the day to action the funds as they were to give blame we would have avoided much stress and delay
