The products bought - Makita drill, batteries x2, charger, tool box - are of high quality. Shipping was very timely, external packaging very good and the overall service promised is very good. The one matter which did disappoint me is that everything was loosely placed in the tool box and so left to rattle and bang around during transportation. Considerably raising the risk of damage. This should not have happened.What was lacking was adequate protection and securing of each individual item inside the tool box, this really should have been thought of and done considering the total value of the order. And the customer service apparently promised.If not for this, I would have otherwise said that Howe performed excellently.
