Contacted customer support as my delivery was delayed by DHL so didn’t receive next day delivery, not as a complaint but to let them know DHL were not standing by Howe Tools next day delivery. Martin very kindly offered a lovely good will gesture of sending a drill bit set which my son was delighted with for his newly purchased drills starting his new apprenticeship.
