I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of the staff member who showed us the property on 3rd January.Unfortunately, our experience during the viewing was extremely disappointing. The agent who attended appeared unprofessional and unwelcoming throughout the appointment. She arrived with a McDonald’s coffee and showed very little interest in conducting the viewing. She did not walk us through the property, explain the layout, or even indicate how many rooms the flat had. Instead, we were left to explore the property entirely on our own. Her attitude came across as visibly annoyed, which made the experience uncomfortable.Despite this, we were genuinely interested in the flat and confirmed our intention to proceed the very next day. However, we received no response to our follow-up email. We have since noticed that the property is now marked as “let agreed” on your website, which is extremely frustrating given our prompt confirmation and willingness to proceed.
