I loved Michelle and all the YouTube videos! I found them very helpful. I also liked the zoom calls where I could ask questions. What I didn't like was the feelings I had based off of the feedback I would get. I have a difficult breed and a difficult environment/ situation so often times their advice felt harsh and unattainable. I would come so far in an issue I was having and share it to the fb page and be told all the things I am still doing wrong. I felt helpless, sad, and was left with feeling zero faith that things would get better. I eventually stopped participating and went and found a boarding school I liked for my puppy. He went off for a month and came back with all issues solved. He is happy, healthy, and very well behaved...my dream dog. Funny thing is I posted one of the videos my trainer sent me and was told all the wrong things I'm doing; however, it wasn't me but instead my professional trainer. I'm now training him to be my service animal. Overall, I think the program is great for certain breeds with families who live in big houses in the suburbs. I would only recommend to those in that environment and situation. It was a lot of money that I am still trying to pay off. Michelle is fantastic though.
