Honestly I didn't put in as much time as I would've liked, but this program is amazing. Very well designed and easy to follow. Also the trainers are excellent and willing to give advice promptly and helpfully. I have enjoyed the experience and may sign up to be on the monthly loop just because I don't want to leave them!
