I had a reservation for April 2020. Due to COVID-19 the reservation was cancelled. Even though I could have chosen a full refund, I choose to accept a voucher in order to help an Industry in need. I wasnt aware of the fact that the voucher ran out just a few months later. And now your customer service tells me that its worthless, that I have wasted more than 900 euros. Do you think thats fair? Do you think thats good customer service for a High end hotel?
