They truly show no concern whatsoever. For weeks, I've been unable to change the linked email on my account. Regardless of the device or whether I use the website or in-game options, the email remains unchanged. They have not taken any action to resolve this. Additionally, multiple accounts of mine have been locked without reason, and they have ignored my attempts to rectify the situation for months.
