Ordered a wine cup with graphic. When the cup arrived the graphic was maybe 30% smaller than shown, had blurred letters, and the wrap was peeling. The quality didn’t seem very good. I tried to initiate an exchange for what I ordered or a refund. All of their replies were dismissive or offered a partial refund. I would not recommend using them. The product I received was not as advertised and they did not honor their own exchange policy. Instead of resolution they stopped responded so I had to call my credit card company to file a complaint.Edit to reply to Hozify****The offer of a full refund was never communicated from Hozify. A refund was only issued after I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they ruled in my favor. Hozify did not offer that to fix the situation, they only stopped communication when I asked for it causing me to file a credit card dispute.
