Customer service was excellent. Shipping was very fast. The item has to be assembled. Everything was well packed. Instructions were clear. The only issue was there were minor alignment issues with bolts, especially when putting the top piece on which took real strength to pull bolt holes into alignment to get the top piece attached correctly. It appears very sturdy and would buy again.
