After a five-hour wait, I was finally connected with an agent named Merihane. The agent initially informed me that, because I had canceled my ink subscription, I could no longer use the ink cartridges and would need to purchase them from a store to continue using my printer. I explained that I canceled the subscription due to the poor print quality.Despite the agent's initial comment about the ink subscription, they assured me they would help with the print quality. However, throughout our conversation, I had to endure wait times of 3-10 minutes between responses, which was incredibly frustrating. The agent then instructed me to stay next to my device for 20-30 minutes, but after 15 minutes of waiting, I received no further replies.This experience was extremely frustrating.
