HP SWIMZ was created to remove the barriers many men face when trying to access swimming lessons, whether due to confidence, cultural considerations, or lack of male-only spaces. With over 17 years of swimming experience and several years teaching for major UK fitness organisations such as Total Fitness, KAL and Nuffield Health, we bring both professional instruction and real empathy to the learning process.
