H&R Block Online Software MISSED NEW Tax Credits and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- USE TurboTax or anyone else.I filed my 2025 taxes with H&R Block Online software. The software completely missed tax credits from the new legislation, specifically the tax credit for auto loan interest paid in 2025. The software never inquired or prompted for it, nor even listed it in any of the submenus. H&R Block insisted at the end that I got my "biggest refund," but it was completely false.After I filed with H&R Block, I checked with Turbo tax and their software Immediately told me the new tax break for interest paid on new auto loans in 2025. Their software immediately showed me that my refund should have been $150 MORE than what H&R Block gave me.I tried calling H&R Block, but it was impossible to get to a human. I had to use a different phone# so the AI phone support would get me to a sales rep, but then they refused to help...I will never use H&R Block again.
