This is in regards to H&R block in swift current. I got my basic disability taxes done for 2022 and 2023. I paid them that day and was told everything was finalized and should recieve my refund in 2 weeks that was back in the beginning of April it is now the start of July. After about a month I started calling to find out why I have not gotten my refund yet only to be told that there was a problem and that no one had notified me about it and that I needed to give them a bunch of personal data online before they would finish the job they were paid to do. I am now in talks with a lawyer because H&R blocks incompetence could cost me my disability if it is not fixed by the time of my disability review and that will cause me to be homeless. If you are on disability DO NOT USE H&R.
