DO NOT buy!!!!!I have spent OVER an HOUR with online chat, first because the free federal efile activation code was invalid, she gave me three more different ones and said to try again, NEVER did any work, then she emailed me a patch to download, never worked as the system keeps saying "can not connect to HR block server" - and no, it's NOT an internet issue, been getting this same message for over a week, the update WILL NOT WORK. What's more, EVERY SINGLE time I re-attempted to file according to the chat person's instructions, it put another pending State e-file charge on my debit card, so there is now $140,- holding pending!!!!!!!!! don't buy this crap - it worked fine in year's past but 2025 edition is horrendous!
