Today I have got a confirmation email from CIPD saying that I passed my Level 5 course in People Management. Overall it took me around 6/7 months to complete it.I was trying to challenge myself to completing 1 module a month, whilst working full-time. It wasn't easy - but the tutors were supportive. One thing that I really liked about this learning provider is that you can study at your own pace. If I went with almost any other learning provider, this course would of probably have taken me about a year to finish. I would of had to wait for the rest of the class to finish their modules before moving on to the next. I paid for the 2 year access just in case it took longer. So there was less stress in case I failed a module - I didn't need to rush to re-do it. Other learning providers sometimes charge for extended time taken to complete it.The videos to the questions were self-explanatory, and were structured well to avoid you from learning unnecessary information. I only reached out to the tutor a handful of times. However, if you do need help, you can book time slots to speak to a tutor or message them for help.The marking by HRC assessors was very accurate. If they say you passed, you've passed.I've seen some people complain on Facebook groups about other learning providers giving false final marks, but HRC online marked all my work well, with good feedback, which was finally approved by CIPD! :)
