I have just completed my CIPD Level 5 and I am currently awaiting my certificate. I must say, my experience with HRC Online has been excellent.

From submitting my first module to the final one, Andrea was incredibly supportive, always available to answer questions and provide detailed, helpful feedback. Rebekah was also very efficient in marking submissions and returning feedback promptly.
I have seen some comments online about delays in receiving results or difficulty accessing learner support in other centres , but my experience with HRC was completely different. The support was consistent, responsive, and reliable throughout.
The bite-sized videos were clear, straightforward, and made the learning process much easier to follow.
