I am heartbroken and furious with this bank. My account was frozen without notice after a tenant paid rent early, and I was told I couldn't access my own money. I have three children to support, and this is my only income. It’s unacceptable, especially after everything I’ve been through. I’m prepared to take legal action, as this treatment is appalling.
