i was working 1 year ago in construction job for a company ,i dont want to name it ,that job was without safety all the people was working like slaves ,and i have done my own investigation for 3 months ,i have records and conversations recorded how people feel unsafe in the job ,accidents and near misses was usual eweryday in the job ,i was my self nearly killed with digger then he was reversing ,manager was just pushing the job and every single person in the job ,i had all evidence ,and then i ring to HSE and told ewerythink ,they just ask me i was injured or not ??? if not they cant do to much ,i said i have all evidence and i was reading about hse what they can stop job or even execute manager for things like he was doing on this job ,but they didnt done nothink as no one was injured and nothink serious happend ,for me HSE looks like another personal injury company where they are comming just after accident ,its very sad that in country like this they are looking to thinks like this with closed eyes
