Outstanding Clinic / Outstanding team! I had my FUE procedure yesterday,2200 grafts. To try and cut my story short, I was seconds away from backing out due to nerves and doubt on the day. But due to my partner and the amazing team and HS I am now 24 hours post opp & am so glad that I went through with this! The team are fantastic and I cannot wait to see my results. Roxy was really friendly and amazing at answering all my questions via email and even stayed late with me whilst I waited to be collected. Amazing service! Thanks for kinder bueno :) Will was fantastic and helped me the entire way through my consultation, and on the day of the Surgeory. Due to my nerves he even let me run the entire day on my terms, this helped so much as I needed a lot of time to find the courage to go through with this. Will even offered his phone number incase i needed to ring him after hours once opp was complete. The overall care, guidance and comfort will offers clients is superb! Surgeons - My procedure was carried out by Dr Vida alongside Dr Zayn. I had HUGE concerns about the pain that may be caused due to reading horror story’s online, but I can honestly say with these guys you are in amazing hands I did not feel a thing for the entire process! This was due to the way in which Dr Vida administers the anaesthetic. I fell asleep during the process as it was so relaxed and painless and I mean ZERO pain. Assistant surgeons were Katherine,Livia,Lurian,Dominka,ClaudiaAgain, so professional and gentle during the entire process. I can’t praise the team at HS enough and I’m so glad I chose this clinic.
