From the very first email, phone calls, in person consultation, days of the procedure and the following aftercare the entire team has been incredible. You're made to feel completely at ease from the second you walk into the building and throughout the entire procedure (which genuinely does not hurt). Throughout the consultation they get to know you as a person, meet the medical staff, have a tour of the facility, they want to know your hair history/habits to enable them to build up a plan and give you an honest assessment of what can be done. Day of the procedure, exactly the same, relaxed environment, nothing is too much trouble and the team are fantastic in explaining the aftercare and what to expect over the coming days. After the procedure the team are in contact checking in on how you are, wanting progress pictures and if you have any other questions.
