My Wife and I purchased two riser/recliner chairs from Merry Hill branch of HSL. The staff at the showroom were welcoming and helpful. we were offered coffee and were shown a number of chairs and advised to try them to see what size size we needed. We chose the sizes and fabric after much useful advice. Delivery date was agreed and chairs delivered on time by Lee and Gary, ( Both cheerful polite and helpful) who assembled them and made sure all was safe and we knew how to operate them. During our purchase we were made aware of all possible options. At no point were we pressured into buying. I fully recommend HSL
