I bought a big amount of supplements 2 weeks ago, tho at the beginning it was my bad for leaving out the address of my door number. After more than 10 emails, the issue was never resolved, the communication was terrible, and def they use a poor translation engine, shame on your services. . At some point, someone said that my address was incorrect, and I had to pay even more. I'm trying to cancel the order and get my money back, but it has been another pain in the *** since the customer service it's always saying that they will deliver again, but the delivery company says my address is not right. Honestly, never more.
