If you are a contractor who feels that you have too much money and too much time, try HSS Training. Their customer service oozes no qualms about wasting contractors' money and time. And they'll treat you like a chump too, for free!

Edit: HSS Training does NOT provide Spanset training. They are just a middleman. Go straight to the provider, eg. Spanset.
1) They refused to refund a 50% booking fee penalty of £140 (penalised because we moved the date for one delegate), although they then cancelled the booking for the same day for x3 delegates, with less than 24hours notice.
2) They did give us a discount code for the day they cancelled, after I hassled them for some recognition of the money lost and illogical penalty fee. However, HSS Training wouldn't give us any details about what discount the code could be used for - what courses, what limitations - like how long it was valid for.
3) I chased a confirmation of a booking for x3 delegates, as by now I was concerned about dealing with this company. Confirmation received. So a few days later our delegates arrive at the training site. They were turned away. HSS Training had failed to put their names on the list.
4) Spanset - the real training company - are not happy with them either. Imagine the embarrassment for Spanset that they've had to turn away so many contractors, who have taken the day off esp to attend a Spanset course.. but HSS Training REPEATEDLY fails to pass on names and monies!
NOTE: If monies had been passed on, the booking would be in place. So when Spanset say our payment was not passed on - it was NOT passed on. Ours was not the first time either.
5) I alert HSS Training on the day of the refusal of entry for our delegates. No apology, no reply. I email a full breakdown of our loss and requirement for a refund. No apology, no reply. I call the next day - Ricky comes to the phone eventually - condescendingly 'What seems to be the problem here?'
The problem was that we were racking up £1000's losses losing days of work for x3 men + the cost of an over-priced Spanset course for x3 delegates.
We did get a refund for the course. I will never use HSS Training again.
Ricky was mystified - how this could happen? Couldn't be HSS Training. Like it's never happened before. Strange that Spanset reps - who are at the training site - have a different story from HSS Training - who are nowhere to be seen at the training site.
Don't expect HSS Training to rectify a problem they can't see.

(Just seen the way the travesty of a 'Customer Service manager' is telling me how I'm allowed to complain and that I am not allowed to pinpoint who abused our time and money... these people make me sick.)
