I recently purchased a FiveM server package from HTnetwork, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The package they sell appears to be little more than a freely available download that can be found on GitHub or mostly consists of freely available Github scripts. There doesn’t seem to be any meaningful added value or customization that would justify paying for it.
What stood out most negatively was the lack of proper customer support. When I reached out for assistance or asked for clarification about the package, the responses were vague and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issues, the support team seemed to deflect responsibility and shift blame onto me as the customer.
Additionally, they were quick to emphasize their “no refunds” policy, which gave the impression that avoiding refunds is a priority rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from HTnetwork. The product does not match the expectations set by their advertising, and the support experience leaves much to be desired.
