I was promised a refund for my challenge fees on Account 80012771 after an unfair "Group Trading" allegation. It has now been 8 days, and I am still waiting for the funds to be processed.
Despite having 89% unique trades (219 out of 247), my payout was denied based on only 11% of my activity. I accepted the refund offer to move on, but the lack of communication and the delay in issuing the refund is very concerning.
Hantec Trader, please honor your commitment and process the refund immediately. I will update this review once the funds are received.
