It's been almost a month since I ordered a Huben GK1 air gun from HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP. For the first two weeks after ordering, for some reason, they didn't ship it to me, and they didn't respond to my emails asking for clarification. Then, my order was finally shipped to the UK, but it was held up at customs. UPS contacted me to handle customs clearance, even though shipping and customs clearance in the UK are HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP's responsibility, not mine. When I asked them to handle customs clearance and keep me informed about the process, HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP simply ignored me and didn't respond to my emails. Now, I received a letter from UPS stating that my order was lost, and that to locate it, the sender, HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP, needs to fill out the appropriate forms. I forwarded this letter to HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP to get them to take action, but they haven't responded yet. After consulting with a lawyer about my situation, the violation of my rights as a consumer, and the violation of the 30-day delivery deadline for my order from HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP (which will begin on March 10, 2026), in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 UK, I intend to demand a full refund from HUBEN AIRGUNS SHOP. If my legal demands are not met, I will appeal to the UKICC and the court to protect my rights as a consumer.
I deeply regret not reading the negative reviews here before ordering the product. I advise everyone not to purchase from this company and save their money.
