I spent £100 on an Irish rugby shirt and cap, presented as genuine. Both items arrived as low-quality fakes. I was instructed to return them for a refund, which cost me an additional £28, yet I still haven't seen any refund, leaving me £130 out of pocket. I've contacted them numerous times but have received no reply. I strongly recommend avoiding any purchases from this website!
