I returned my order two months ago. Company sent me an email confirming receipt of the return and informing me that I would receive a refund shortly. After two weeks, I contacted the store - I was told that they had processed the refund and that I should contact my bank. I did so, but my bank told me that they needed the transaction number. Unfortunately, the store has not sent me the transaction number for a month and is not responding to my emails, so I was probably lied to about the refund being issued. I advise you to be careful when shopping on this website.
