Ordered a travel set and an additional travel fragrance. When I received my order it looked like it had been through a hurricane and back. Box was battered and broken and looked like it had been opened and suspiciously light, so I took pictures straight away bcz I knew something wasn’t right. When I opened it, no travel essentials pack wasn’t in the box just a single smashed 10ml travel spray and a tester and a single piece of tissue paper to protect everything. Glass was everywhere. I took pictures of everything and sent it onto huda beauty’s customer services. They did response right away asking for more pictures which I had already sent. They said they would send a replacement. But I declined, bcz it’s probably going to end up with the same fate as they use the same delivery company and use a single piece of tissue paper to product the order. I asked for a refund or the cancel my order. They said it’s there ‘internal policy’ to provide a replacement. However I can clearly see on here they do provide refunds…. As the same customer services advisor ‘Gemma’ replied to a review on here regarding a refund. Just seems very fishy to me and has put me off wanting to purchase and kayali perfume. They are now ignoring me and won’t respond to my emails 😅. So if you wanted to order anything kayali or huda, go via Sephora or boots. Because if you order direct from huda you may not get your order in one piece with their one single sheet of tissue paper. Huda beauty of you see this review and you send me a refund thx 😂😅Update: 26/07/2024Huda beauty are ignoring all of my requests to cancel my order for a refund! Don’t understand why they are being so difficult.
