** update, shortly after my review I finally received news that they would send me a replacement as a gesture - I was asked to send details which I did but radio silence since! Do not buy or trust this brand who completely disrespects it's customers**I bought the Icy Nude palette in January, and last month, I noticed mould/rust inside and underneath the casing. Thankfully, I had my receipt and emailed customer service with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. They initially said they’d review it but have since ignored me.I'm extremely disappointed—especially since I loved using the product—but the apparent mould growth is unacceptable. It seems the brand doesn’t care. Please check your products! I simply wanted a replacement, but since this poses a health risk and is being ignored, I’m now seeking legal advice. Be cautious before buying this brand, they spend a lot on marketing but seemingly don't care about the customer experience
