I made a perfume order. 10 minutes after my husband told me about how the heat in Atlanta was going to sore and I asked to cancel it. We are very closely affiliated to 2 different software management companies and this could have easily been done. The customer service said they would try and of course it didn’t work..because they ship so quickly. That “quick” shipping took 10 days. 10 days of fragrance in the heat. Of course they say you can return it but, oh wait, not the perfume sets. In the end it’s 100$ but you know what, I spend a lot of money on beauty each year and it will never go to huda again. I have ordered form many places and they all have worked with me better then this. Most any order from any company canceled within 15 to 30 minutes is honored. I am even talking the strange little ones or the giants. It’s all a money grab and it is a company I will not be ordering from again. Late 30s early 40s and Customer Service becomes a very big deal. I will gladly pay more for product if I’m treated well. Shame on me for reading all the bad reviews and still giving it a chance. They have many different sets and items that plan to come back in order, but I don’t need them. Keep the young ones and the older ones with disposable income will go somewhere else. Cool.
