worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. rec’d a eyebrow pencil that wouldn’t work. Kept turning it and nothing came out. emailed customer service and they wanted me to send pictures of the product which I did. Then they emailed me back and say they want to video. A video of an eyebrow pencil that doesn’t work. Long story short I emailed them the video no response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
