I LOVE Huda and LOVE her range and will always buy off her for supporting Palestine - but not from her website. Unfortunately my order is “lost”. The courier advises it’s with the sender, the sender keeps saying we will investigate and I’ve heard nothing. My second package came before my first. The 1st package is the biggest one. The customer service is slow and not responsive.I made the order on 11 Nov and today it’s the 23 Nov and I’m still working on an outcome.Yodel have said it’s with the sender I have evidence via the yodel app and on the shop app too. No one is sorting this out. This will unfortunately be my last purchase from Huda online. I’ll purchase from Boots or SephorA, I have no choice.
