If it was a 0 star, I would've chose that. I ordered the Kayali miniature vanilla set for $99 and one of the four bottles apparently spilled out because the bottle wasn't as full as the other 3 and it was some goo on the side of the bottle (like jelly, guessing my perfume). I emailed them because there isn't a 1800# for customer service. They replied back almost immediately in which I was hopeful that they would straighten this out as soon as possible but no. Ok first they wanted proof of purchase I guess, asking for the invoice. I responded back immediately with pictures of invoice. Then they asked for pictures of the bottle, I showed the defective bottle in comparison with the other bottles. Then they asked for more pictures, so I sent more pictures along with a video.. You know what their response was??? Send more pictures, I'm done I will never buy anything else from them, I was a first time customer and this was how they treated me, if you buy anything from them just be aware of their customer service, which is horrible!!!
